1. The service
Dark GPT provides access to an AI chat assistant. Responses are generated automatically by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
2. Accounts and access tokens
Your account is identified solely by an access token. You are responsible for keeping it secret and safe. Anyone with your token can use your account. Lost tokens cannot be recovered, and we cannot restore access or transfer remaining plan time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
- generate content that exploits or harms minors, or that harasses, threatens or defrauds others;
- create malware or attack, probe or disrupt any system, including this service;
- get around usage limits, rate limits or other technical restrictions, or resell access without permission.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are one-time cryptocurrency payments that unlock a plan for the stated period. Plans do not renew automatically. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You must send the exact amount on the correct network. Funds sent to the wrong network or address may be lost.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
